Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 膝下以下足首以上の高さのゴム靴本体１の上
部に上端が股下以上に位置する胴部３が連設され
た胴付ゴム長靴において、該胴部３は合成繊維織
布から成る表地３ａの裏面にゴム層又は合成樹脂
層３ｂが形成されたものより成つており、前記ゴ
ム靴本体１内全面には少なくとも足に接する側に
合成繊維編布２ａを貼着又は融着されている多孔
性合成樹脂層２ｂから成る裏布材２が一体化され
ており、前記胴部３内全面の少なくとも最上部よ
り下方の部分には少なくとも足に接する側に合成
繊維編布４ａを貼着又は融着されている多孔性合
成樹脂層４ｂから成る柔軟性と伸縮性とを有し前
記裏布材２の上端にその下端が連結されている裏
布材４が一体化されない状態に内装されているこ
とを特徴とする胴付ゴム長靴。 ２ ゴム靴本体１内の裏布材２と胴部３内の裏布
材４とが別個に製作されたもので、裏布材２の下
端と裏布材４の上端とが突き合わされてチドリ縫
いで縫合されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ３ ゴム靴本体１内の裏布材２が接着によりゴム
靴本体１に一体化されている実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項又は第２項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ４ 胴部３内の裏布材４の最上部が胴部３の最上
部に接着されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項から第３項までのいずれか１項に記載の胴付ゴ
ム長靴。 ５ 胴部３内の裏布材４の最上部と胴部３の最上
部とが端縁処理テープで被覆接着されている実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項までのいず
れか１項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ６ 胴部３内の裏布材４の最上部と胴部３の最上
部とが端縁処理テープで被覆され且つ縫合されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第３項ま
でのいずれか１項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ７ 胴部３の表地３ａがナイロンタフタである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項までのい
ずれか１項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ８ 胴部３の表地３ａがナイロンオツクスオード
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第６項
までのいずれか１項に記載の胴付ゴム長靴。 ９ 胴部３内の裏布材４の多孔性合成樹脂層４ｂ
がポリウレタンフオームである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項から第８項までのいずれか１項に記
載の胴付ゴム長靴。 １０ 胴部３内の裏布材４の合成繊維編布４ａが
ナイロントリコツトである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項から第９項までのいずれか１項に記載の
胴付ゴム長靴。
