Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost and subside the discomfort noise by forming large-diameter holes in a block part, which forms a throttle part, and forming two sets of orifices having different direction with each other at the innermost of the large-diameter holes. CONSTITUTION:The first large-diameter hole 36 and the second large-diameter hole 37 are made in a block part 32 in such a manner that the holes 36 and 37 meet at right angles with a supply oil passage 25 and a drain oil passage 29, respectively. The first orifice 38 is formed, ranging from the supply oil passage 25 to the first large-diameter hole 35, while the second orifice 39 is formed, ranging from the first large-diameter hole 36 to the second large- diameter hole 37. Similarly, the third orifice 40 and the fourth orifice 41 are made, ranging from the second large-diameter 37 to the drain oil passage 29. As a result, since the pressure is lowered step by step by a plurality of orifices and consequently the pressure reducing action at each orifice is made smaller, the discomfort noise produced can be subsided. In addition, since an oil sump part can be formed, taking advantage of a large-diameter hole for drill insertion, the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
