Claims (1)
- 多孔付模型板９を載置して昇降可能に配設され
たテーブル４と、該テーブル４の直上方の位置に
鋳枠１７を出入可能にさせるローラコンベヤ１６
と、前記鋳枠１７の上方位置において昇降可能に
配設された盛枠１８と、該盛枠１８の直上方の位
置に出入可能に配設された鋳物砂供給用ホツパ２
４と、前記テーブル４の直上位置に配設され、か
つ該テーブル４がその上に前記鋳枠１７及び盛枠
１８を載置して上昇した時、下端面が前記盛枠１
８の上端面と気密に当接可能にされたカバー部材
２６と、該カバー部材２６に連通されて前記盛枠
１８及び鋳枠１７内に圧縮空気を給排する流気弁
２７及び排気弁３４と、前記カバー部材２６の下
方と前記盛枠１８の上方との隙間位置に出入可能
に配設された合成樹脂シート引出し具３９とを具
備し、更に前記多孔付模型板９が定盤５と、該定
盤５上に備えられた模型６、湯口棒７及びガス抜
棒８とから構成されると共に、前記湯口棒７及び
ガス抜棒８の前記定盤５上面からの高さが前記鋳
枠１７の高さよりも高く、かつ該鋳枠１７と前記
盛枠１８との合計高さよりも低くされていること
を特徴とする鋳型造型機。
