CONSTITUTION:The electrolytically polymerized polythiophene film to be used for the charge generating layer 13 is formed on the conductive supporting body 12, and a charge transfer layer 14 is laminated on the layer 13 to form the electrophotographic sensitive body 11. Thus permitting a large-area uniform film free from uneven film thickness to be formed by virtue of the plythiophene film and the obtained laminate type electrophotographic sensitive body to be high in initial chargeable potential and high in photodecay speed.
