第１図は本考案になるクラツチ式締付け工具の
一実施例の要部でその縦断側面図、第２図は第１
図のＩ―Ｉ線断面図である。第３図は従来技術の
クラツチ式締付け工具の一例を示す要部でその縦
断側面図、第４図はそのクラツチ板に作用するモ
ーメントを示すクラツチ部分の縦断側面図である
。
一実施例の要部でその縦断側面図、第２図は第１
図のＩ―Ｉ線断面図である。第３図は従来技術の
クラツチ式締付け工具の一例を示す要部でその縦
断側面図、第４図はそのクラツチ板に作用するモ
ーメントを示すクラツチ部分の縦断側面図である
。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ケーシングＡ内に固定カム３と可動カム１０
より成る噛合クラツチＢを有し、固定カム３はモ
ートル１の回転力伝達部に一体回転可能に取りつ
け、可動カム１０は固定カム３にスプリング１１
の押圧力によつて弾性的に係合し、このスプリン
グ１１の押圧力より大きな負荷が作用した時、噛
合クラツチＢの噛合を離脱させてモートル１の回
転力を遮断する締付工具において、一端に工具６
の装着部７を接続支承した回転軸８後端に、可動
カム１０を軸方向に出没自在に保持する回転板５
とスプリング１１の荷重を受け可動カム１０と固
定カム３を弾性的に係合せしめるクラツチ板１４
とを配設すると共に、前記回転板５は回転軸８と
一体回転するよう固定し、前記クラツチ板１４は
軸方向の摺動移動のみ自在に軸支して構成したこ
とを特徴とするクラツチ式締付け工具。 ２ スプリング１１の押圧力はケーシングＡに出
没自在に保持された押しピン１３を介しクラツチ
板１４に伝達され、クラツチ板１４の押しピン１
３との当接面には、両者が係合可能な係合部１４
ａを成形した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のクラツチ式締付け工具。
