Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a good laminated sheet even if prepregs with different temperature-viscosity properties by applying an alternating electrical field over wide frequency between electrodes on both sides of prepregs while metallic layer are laminated on both surfaces of laminated prepregs and heated, and applying pressure at the time of optimum viscosity CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 4a and 4b are placed on both sides of. prepregs 5 when a number of prepregs constituted of resin impregnated glass cloths are laminated, on both side surfaces of which metallic layers are laminated, heated and pressurized, and an alternating electrical field is applied over wide frequency during heating, and a viscosity factor of the resin is found by observing loss tangent, by which pressure is applied at the time of optimum viscosity. By said process, optimum heating and pressurizing terms and conditions can be fixed to respective prepregs to comply with the changing of flow properties of respective prepregs, and a constant, good laminated sheet coated with metal is manufactured.
