Claims (1)
にコレクタが検出用抵抗を介して充電端子に接続
され、且つPNP型の充電用トランジスターと、
該充電用トランジスターのベースバイアスを制御
するべく接続されていると共にベースが抵抗を介
して前記直流電源回路に接続されている第1制御
トランジスターと、該第1制御トランジスターの
ベースバイアスを制御するべく接続されていると
共にベースが抵抗及びツエナーダイオードを介し
て前記充電端子に接続されている第2制御トラン
ジスターと、前記検出用抵抗の両端の電位差を検
出すると共に該電位差が大のとき導通する検出用
トランジスターとより成り、前記検出用トランジ
スターが導通状態にあるとき該検出用トランジス
ターのエミツタ・コレクタ間を通して前記第2制
御トランジスターのベースにバイアス電流を供給
