Claims (1)
にコレクタが充電端子に接続されている充電用ト
ランジスターと、該充電用トランジスターのベー
スバイアスを制御するべく接続されている第１制
御トランジスターと、該第１制御トランジスター
のベースバイアスを制御するべく接続されている
と共にベースが抵抗及びツエナーダイオードを介
して前記充電端子に接続されている第２制御トラ
ンジスターと、該第２制御トランジスターのベー
スバイアスを制御するべく接続されている第３制
御トランジスターと、前記第１制御トランジスタ
ーによつてベースバイアスが制御されると共に前
記充電用トランジスターのエミツタ側より前記第
３制御トランジスターのベースにバイアス電流を
供給するべく接続されている第４制御トランジス
ターとより成り、前記充電端子の電圧が所定値に
達したとき前記第２制御トランジスターの導通方
向へのバイアス変化に伴なう第１制御トランジス
ターの動作点の変化により前記第４制御トランジ
スター及び第３制御トランジスターを非導通状態
に反転せしめ、以つて前記第２制御トランジスタ
ーのバイアスを導通方向へ更に変化せしめるよう
