が前記負荷に接続され、その出力信号に応じて前
記定電流回路の動作を制御する第2トランジスタ
とから成り、過負荷時に前記定電流回路を不動作
状態とし、前記電流制御トランジスタに前記抵抗
に流れる電流に応じた電流を流す様にしたことを
