Claims (1)
- 直進搬送される被検体に対し、一定距離はなれ
て対向する超音波探触子と、上記超音波探触子を
取り付けるホルダと、上記ホルダに取り付けられ
上記被検体に接するシユーと、上記ホルダに被検
体表面に対し昇降の自由度をもたせる平行リンク
と、上記ホルダと上記平行リンクとの間に設けた
弾性体と、上記平行リンクを保持するブラケツト
と、上記平行リンクと上記ブラケツトとに回転軸
をもつプレートと、上記平行リンクと上記ブラケ
ツトとに設けられたスプリングとを備え、上記被
検体と搬送ローラ等の間のスリツプによる速度変
化等にかかわらず、一定の位置に上記ホルダが上
記被検体に接材するようにしたことを特徴とする
検査装置。
