- 測定面にバネにより押し付けられる車輪と、こ
の車輪の軸方向両側に該車輪に隣接して等距離に
設けられた２個の渦流変位センサと、走行方向前
方に設けられた測定面の付着物除去用のブラシと
を備えてなる膜厚計測ヘツド。
