は可撓性を有する第１の部材、８は磁性体からな
る第２の部材を示す。なお、図中、同一符号は同
一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 試験体を鋼材とし、シユウ接材により試験体と
超音波探触子との位置決めを行う超音波探触子装
置において、超音波探触子を装着しているハウジ
ングに対して試験体進入方向側に上記試験体表面
と接して取付けられ且つ接する面がブラシ状で可
撓性を有する第１の部材と、上記ハウジングと上
記可撓性を有する第１の部材との間に上記試験体
表面に対して所定寸法だけ浮かして取付けられた
磁性体からなる第２の部材とを備えたことを特徴
とする超音波探触子装置。
