- 被処理物にイオンビームを照射する装置の前記
被処理物を取付ける試料ホルダが、該試料ホルダ
の前記被処理物の取付面内で自転運動し、かつ前
記イオンビームに対し少なくとも一方向以上に傾
斜運動することを特徴とするイオンビーム加工装
置。
