Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a thin film with good electrical conductivity and excellent homogeneity by vertically hanging an article with a removable outer frame, arranging it in a vacuum container, and depositing the superconductive thin film on the surface while rotating the article at the time of depositing a super conductor on the surface of the ferrite article. CONSTITUTION:Stains such as oil, fingerprints, dust stuck to the surface of a rectangular ferrite substrate 1 are degreased with a highly volatile solvent such as Freon, thinner, rubber gasoline, acetone, the substrate 1 is fixed to a hooking tool and hung in the vacuum container 9 of a superconductor thin film forming device, and a superconductor thin film is generated on the surface of the substrate 1. The hooking tool 12 is constituted of an outer frame 4, supports 5, set screws 6, an intermediate frame 7, and multiple vertical shafts 8, the degree of vacuum in the container 9 is set to 10<-6>-10<-8> Torr, and a film source 11 is heated with a heater 10. Ionization occurs by the glow dis charge as soon as vapor is generated, the substrate 1 is rotated by a motor 13, and the superconductive thin film is formed on the surface. An La-Sr-CuO system or the like is used for the film source 11.
