A direct magnetic field is formed by direct electric current coils installed in the orthogonal direction to the axis of the wire 6; the die 8 is positioned at a point at which the alternate and direct fields cross to each other and the wire 6 is drawn. Therefore, the wire 6 is magnetized so that fine magnetic domains are respectively magnetized, N magnetic poles and S magnetic poles generated at both end of the each magnetized domains alternately change their polarity to each other; amplitudes caused by vibrations of magnetic walls are increased to generate resonance and to relieve stresses to increase the forming rate without heat treatment, and to obtain the reduced stage and the improved productivity.
