Claims (1)
- 光源からの光を透過型液晶表示パネルに入射さ
せてこの液晶表示パネルの表示像をスクリーン面
に投影する投影型液晶表示装置において、表示装
置のケースを、前記光源部を収容する光源部ハウ
スと、前記液晶表示パネルを収容する表示部ハウ
スとに分けるとともに、前記ケース内に設けられ
る回路基板を少なくとも２枚以上に分離しててこ
れら回路基板を上記光源部ハウス内と表示部ハウ
ス内とに分けて収容し、かつ上記光源部ハウスと
表示部ハウスとの間を、前記光源からの光を透過
させる透明窓と上記光源部ハウス内の回路基板と
表示部ハウス内の回路基板とを接続するための回
路基板接続用開口を設けた仕切壁により完全に閉
塞するとともに、この仕切壁に上記回路基板接続
用開口を隙間なく塞ぐ端子板を取付けて、上記光
源部ハウス内の回路基板と表示部ハウス内の回路
基板とを前記端子板を介して接続したことを特徴
とする投影型液晶表示装置。
