Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration or the critical temperature and critical current density by forming water-resistant resin on the surface of a ceramic superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:An R-A-M-O (R and Y are at least one kind of rare earth elements of lanthanoids, A is an alkaline earth metal element such as Ba, M is a noble metal element, O is oxygen) raw material is temporarily baked then crushed. After this powder is press-molded, it is sintered to form a coating layer made of water-resistant resin on the surface of the sintered body. A resin coating material abundant in the water resistance and weather resistance, i.e., painting synthetic resin such as epoxy resin, thermosetting acrylic resin, alkyd resin, melamine resin, silicone resin, furonic resin or composite resin of them, is used for the coating material.
