第１図は本考案の熱封止兼裁断装置を使用する
水平型熱収縮フイルム包装機械を示す図、第２図
は第１図の包装機械において使用可能な本考案の
熱封止兼裁断装置を示す立面図、第３図は第２図
の線３―３に関する第２図の装置を示す断面図、
第４図は第２図の線４―４に関する第２図の装置
の断面図、第５図は本考案の装置において使用さ
れる別態様のアンビル組立体を示す端面図、第６
図は第５図の別態様のアンビル組立体を示す正面
図、第７図および第８図は封止および裁断作用に
先立つて包装フイルムと接触してこれを折畳む状
態の本装置を示す第２図、第３図および第４図の
装置を示す端面図、第９図および第１０図はパツ
ケージを形成するため折畳まれたフイルムを封止
して裁断する状態の稼動中の本装置を示す端面図
であり、第９図は熱シールの形成開始状態を、ま
た第１０図は関連する熱シールを完了してフイル
ムの裁断が完了する状態を示している。第１１図
は、先行技術の米国特許第４，２４０，３３６号
に記載された熱封止裁断装置の主要部の端面図で
ある。 １０……フレーム、１１……フイルム繰出し兼
送り作用組立体、１２……ウエブ形成装置、１３
……物品供給装置、１６……熱封止兼裁断装置、
２０……駆動系、２２……フイルム、２４……引
張ロール、２６……物品、３９……アンビル組立
体、４０……ナイフ兼緊締作用組立体、４６……
緊締作用バー。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 管状の熱可塑性プラスチツク内に物品を包装
    するための熱封止兼裁断装置において、 (a) 第１の回転軸の周囲に回転可能でありか
    つ該第１の回転軸から離間された弾性アンビル面
    を有するアンビル組立体と、 (b) 前記第１の回転軸と平行である第２の回
    転軸の周囲に回転可能なナイフ兼緊締作用組立体
    とを設け、該ナイフ兼緊締作用組立体は、 前記回転軸と平行な前記組立体上に固定
    的に載置された加熱手段を備えたナイフを含み、
    該ナイフは前記第２の回転軸から離れる向きに向
    けられており、該ナイフの刃部は、前記第１の回
    転軸からの弾性アンビル面の最大距離よりも小さ
    な第１の回転軸からの最小距離だけ離間されてお
    り、 前記組立体上でナイフの刃部のどちらの
    側にも１つこれと平行に個々に載置された１対の
    緊締作用バーを含み、前記緊締作用バーは偏倚装
    置によつて、前記アンビル面との接触関係から離
    れた伸長位置においてはバーの各々が前記第２の
    回転軸からのナイフ刃部の距離よりも大きな第２
    の回転軸からの距離だけ離間され、前記アンビル
    面と接触状態においては各々のバーが前記偏倚装
    置によつて前記の弾性アンビル面に対して押当て
    られて前記ナイフ刃部が弾性アンビル面に押付け
    られるように、取り付けていることを特徴とする
    熱封止兼裁断装置。 ２ 緊締作用バーが前記回転軸に関して接近離反
    するよう運動を許容するためスロツトを設けた板
    に取り付けられることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３ 前記緊締作用バーが円筒状であり、個々のバ
    ーの回転運動ならびに前記回転軸に関する接近離
    反運動を許容するための前記のスロツトを設けた
    板に自由に取付けられることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の装置。 ４ 前記ナイフ刃部が約０．３乃至０．６mmの半
    径と、約６０°の挾角で配置された側面を有する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の装置。 ５ 前記ナイフ刃部が約０．３乃至０．６mmの半
    径と約６０°の挾角で配置された側面を有するこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記
    載の装置。 ６ 前記弾性アンビル面が表面の回転運動を許容
    するよう自由に取付けられた円筒状の表面である
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の装置。 ７ 前記弾性アンビル面は、ナイフ兼緊締作用組
    立体と接触すると同時に、前記弾性アンビル面と
    第１の回転軸間の距離が減少するように偏倚装置
    により保持されることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ８ 前記弾性アンビル面は、ナイフ兼緊締作用組
    立体と接触すると同時に、前記弾性アンビル面と
    第１の回転軸間の距離が減少するように偏倚装置
    により保持されることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第６項記載の装置。 ９ 前記各緊締作用バーが前記偏倚装置により、
    前記第２の回転軸からのナイフ刃部の距離よりも
    小さな第２の回転軸からの距離に保持されること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の装置。
