Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光デイスクあるいは光磁気デイスクに対し情報
    の記録および／または再生を行なう光ピツクアツ
    プであつて、 光源と、光源からの光をデイスク面に集光させ
    るための集束光学系と、デイスク面からの反射光
    により信号検知を行なう導波路素子とを有し、 上記導波路素子は、導波路層と、上記デイスク
    面からの反射光を上記導波路層に結合させるため
    の光結合手段と、上記反射光による信号検知を行
    なう信号検知手段が、基板上に一体的に形成され
    たものであり、 上記集束光学系のうち、光源からの光を集束す
    るコリメーシヨンレンズが、分布屈折率レンズで
    あり、 上記光源と、集束光学系と導波路素子とが一体
    化され、一体化された全体がアクチユエーターに
    より駆動されることを特徴とする、光ピツクアツ
    プ。
