Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent local permeating phenomenon upon molding and obtain a product with good surface appearance, by a method wherein molten synthetic resin, introduced through the sprue of a mold, is distributed and injected into a cavity through a distributing piece. CONSTITUTION:The introducing inlet tube 13 of a distributing piece 11 is fitted into the inner end of a sprue 2 for a fixed mold 3 to attach the distributing piece 11 to the fixed mold. Subsequently, a decorative body 6, such as a cloth or the like which is provided with raisings on the surface thereof, is bonded to the fixed mold 3 from the surface of a cavity along the surface of a parting line, then, the decorative skin body 6 is arranged between the fixed mold 3 and a movable mold 4. Next, the fixed mold 3 and the movable mold 4 are closed and molten thermoplastic synthetic resin is introduced through the sprue 2. The molten resin 7 is distributed and poured into the cavity from the introducing inlet tube 13 of the distributing piece 11 through respective introducing ports 14 of a main body 12. In this case, the molten resin 7 flows through the inlet tube 13 and collides against the inner bottom surface of the main body 12, opposing to the inlet tube 13, spreads from respective introducing ports 14 into the cavity fully and the cavity is filled with the resin whereby a synthetic resin product 8, provided with the embedded distributing piece 11 and the decorative skin body 6 on the surface thereof integrally, may be molded.

図に示すように、表面に装飾表皮体6を一体に有する合
成樹脂製品8を成形するものである。
