Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the change of material such as change of color or the like by a method wherein at least two resin passages extending from a nozzle touch bush to a gate part are separately provided in the same mold. CONSTITUTION:The mold is provided with at least two resin passages each of which extends from the nozzle touch bush 13 to a gate-changing embedded piece 21 through a hot runner 1, a runner nozzle 15 and a sprue bush 16 independently from each other. A molten resin A is firstly injection molded into a cavity 5 through the nozzle touch bush 13 on the lower side, and the molded article is taken out from the mold. Then, a spacer 35 is removed, a fitting plate 10 is displaced to a stopper 33 and an injection nozzle 31 is connected to the nozzle touch bush 13 on the upper side, and a new molten resin B different from the previous resin A is injection molded in the cavity 5. Accoringly, the change of resin material is facilitated by providing the at least two resin passages independently.
