部と前記薄肉ヒンジとを成形するための枠状キヤ
ビテイが形成され、後退位置で、容器本体の底板
部および蓋体の天板部を成形するための底板キヤ
ビテイおよび天板キヤビテイがそれぞれ形成さ
れ、これら枠状キヤビテイ、底板キヤビテイおよ
び天板キヤビテイにはそれぞれについて湯口が開
口されている成形装置を用い、前記摺動コアの前
進位置で枠状キヤビテイ内に第1の合成樹脂を射
出し、次いで、摺動コアを後退させた位置におい
て、底板キヤビテイ内および天板キヤビテイ内の
少なくとも一方に第2の合成樹脂を、他方に第3
の合成樹脂を射出して少なくとも2色の合成樹脂
容器を成形することを特徴とする、多色樹脂容器
の成形方法。 2 前記第1、第2および第3の合成樹脂は、そ
れぞれが異なる色彩であつてかつ相溶性もしくは
融着性のある合成樹脂であることを特徴とする特
許請求の範囲第1項記載の多色樹脂容器の成形方
法。 3 前記摺動コアは、容器キヤビテイ内に進退自
在な第1摺動コアと、蓋体キヤビテイ内に摺動自
在な第2摺動コアとから成り、これら両摺動コア
は互いに一体にもしくは別々に摺動自在であるこ
とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の多色
樹脂容器の成形方法。 4 前記キヤビテイ型は、前記第1および第2摺
動コアとそれぞれ対向する位置に第3および第4
摺動コアを備えていることを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項または第3項記載の多色樹脂容器の
成形方法。
[Scope of Claims] 1. A cavity for molding a container body, a lid body, and a thin-walled hinge that integrally connects them is formed in a mold, and at least a cavity mold and a core mold constituting the mold are formed. One side is provided with a sliding core that can move forward and backward within the cavity, and in the advanced position of the sliding core, a frame-shaped cavity is formed for forming the peripheral wall portions of the container body and the lid, and the thin hinge. In the retracted position, a bottom plate cavity and a top plate cavity for forming the bottom plate part of the container body and the top plate part of the lid body are formed, respectively. Using a molding device with an open sprue, the first synthetic resin is injected into the frame-shaped cavity at the forward position of the sliding core, and then, at the retracted position of the sliding core, the first synthetic resin is injected into the bottom plate cavity and the ceiling. A second synthetic resin is applied to at least one side of the plate cavity, and a third synthetic resin is applied to the other side of the plate cavity.
1. A method for molding a multicolored resin container, comprising injecting a synthetic resin of at least two colors to mold a synthetic resin container of at least two colors. 2. The polyurethane resin according to claim 1, wherein the first, second, and third synthetic resins have different colors and are compatible or fusible synthetic resins.
