樹脂を順次に射出充填して、一次成形品と二次成形品が
一体化した異色の成形品を得る成形方法において、第2
キャビティを型閉じ形成する固定側型板及び可動側型板
を含む開閉可能な金型装置の一部に、第2キャビティが
開口する浮駒内装穴を設け、この浮駒内装穴に側面開口
の第1キャビティを形成する開閉可能な浮駒対を一次成
形位置と二次成形位置との間の移動できるように組込み
、この浮駒対を一次成形位置に移動停止させた状態で第
1キャビティに溶融樹脂を射出充填するピンゲート方式
の一次成形を行ない、この一次成形品の硬化後に前記浮
駒対を一次成形品の外周部が第2キャビティの穴側開口
部を閉塞する二次成形位置に移動させ、この浮駒対の二
次成形位置への移動停止状態で第2キャビティに異色の
溶融樹脂を射出充填する二次成形を行なって、一次成形
品と二次成形品が一体化した異色の成形品を得ることを

駒と、この第1浮駒との間に側面開口の第1キャビティ
を駒閉じ形成する第2浮駒とからなる開閉可能な浮駒対
を浮駒内装穴の内壁面と密接した状態で金型開閉方向に
移動できるように組込み、この浮駒対を第1キャビティ
の側面開口部が浮駒内装穴の内壁面で閉塞される一次成
形位置と、一次成形品の外周部が第2キャビティの穴側
開口部を閉塞する二次成形位置との間を移動できるよう
に可動させる浮駒作動機構をスペーサブロックに組込ん
だことを特徴とする異色成形品の成形装置。
