Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ガスの流れ方向に延びかつ互いに交差する
    多数の薄肉セル壁によつて分離された同一方向に
    延びる中空筒状の多数のセルを具備し、該セルが
    排気ガス流出開口のみを閉鎖した第１のセル群と
    、排気ガス流入開口のみを閉鎖した第２のセル群
    とにより構成され、上記薄肉セル壁が排気ガスを
    透過してパテイキユレートを捕集する第１の薄肉
    セル壁群と、排気ガスを実質的に透過しない第２
    の薄肉セル壁群とにより構成された排気ガス浄化
    用フイルタにおいて、第２の薄肉セル壁群の各薄
    肉セル壁の厚みを第１の薄肉セル壁群の各薄肉セ
    ル壁の厚みよりも厚くした排気ガス浄化用フイル
    タ。
