Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多孔性物質からなるハニカム状の隔壁により複数のセル
    を形成すると共に隣接する各セルの端部を交互に封鎖材
    にて口封じし、前記隔壁を介して一方のセルから隣接す
    るセルに排気を流通させるようにした内燃機関の排気微
    粒子捕集フィルタにおいて、入口又は出口端部の隔壁の
    一壁面を除去し隔壁と封鎖材の間に隣接するセルと連通
    ずる開口部を、形成したことを特徴とする内燃機関の排
    気微粒子捕集フィルタ。
