気孔率の分布を示すグラフ、第３図は同フイルタ
の熱容量の分布を示すグラフ、第４図は同フイル
タのガス流量の分布を示すグラフ、第５図ないし
第７図はそれぞれ同フイルタの製造過程を説明す
る工程図、第８図、第９図はそれぞれ再生時にお
ける本考案フイルタ、従来フイルタの端部温度上
昇特性を示すグラフ、第１０図、第１１図はそれ
ぞれハニカムフイルタを示す外観図、断面図であ

くしたことを特徴とするエンジン排気浄化装置。
