Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a beautiful pattern decorative board having brilliancy, by forming a pattern due to a glass bead scattering fixing layer on the base paint film of a plate-shaped base material by a silk screen. CONSTITUTION:A gloss substrate film layer 9 becoming a color base is formed on an incombustible planar base material 5 such as a slate panel, plywood or a calcium silicate plate if necessary. A silk screen having an insoluble embossed film formed thereto is placed on the substrate film layer 9 of the planar base material 5 and paint for fixing glass beads is applied to the surface of the screen and uniformly squeezed by a squeezee to be extruded to the surface of the base material 5 to form a printing layer 7 having a predetermined pattern. After printing, glass beads 10 are scattered to the printing surface before the paint is dried to be fixed thereto and the whole is baked and dried to obtain a decorative board having a desired pattern layer.

(B) Prior Art Conventionally, this type of decorative laminate has an uneven pattern such as grooves and raised patterns similar to tile joints formed on the surface by pressure molding of the base material, and is coated with a base coating layer, an ink coating layer, and a topcoat layer. The so-called embossed patterning, in which a film layer is formed and the ink layer formed on the uneven surface is thickened or thinned to create a shading pattern, is the mainstay.Recently, the technique of patterning by ink paint printing using a silk screen has been developed. However, patterns that utilize the reflection and refraction of light by glass beads have not been used.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In all conventional patterning methods, the reaction of the surface paint to the light source is uniform, so the entire surface may become shiny or
It was in the shadows, and in relation to the lighting, there was no room for the decorative nature of the pattern itself to be demonstrated.

(d) Means for solving the problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention attempts to utilize the original high refractive and high reflective properties of glass beads, and is a material with a smooth surface that remains as a flat plate. In addition, a printing technique was used in which the pattern was constructed using a fixed layer of glass beads dispersed by silk screen. Therefore, it is possible to freely handle a wide variety of complex patterns, and it is possible to mechanically pattern T8 without requiring difficult techniques, as well as to have decorative properties from a new angle by fully utilizing the refraction and reflection of light. It provides:

(E) Function Since a pattern is created using fixed paint on the surface of the base material using a silk screen, even complex patterns can be easily created. You can also do that. In addition, the retroreflective effect of the glass beads gives the design a glittering effect, making it possible to obtain a beautiful decorative board that can be enjoyed as a comprehensive decoration with lighting.

First, a photosensitive resin 3 is applied to the back side of the screen 2, and a positive film 4 on which a pattern to be printed is photographed is irradiated with ultraviolet rays, infrared rays, etc. to which the applied resin 3 is sensitive. The positive film 4 is removed and the non-exposed areas are washed. As a result, an insoluble film 6 having an uneven surface corresponding to the shade of the pattern of the positive film 4 is formed to produce a resist plate. For the base material, first coat the surface of the base material 5 such as calcium silicate with a urethane resin paint 9 of a color base as an undercoat at a rate of 130 to 150 g/rd using a curtain flow coater or spray (air/airless). Apply it evenly to the entire surface, leave it at room temperature, and then heat it to 80℃ for 30 minutes.
Bake and dry. Base materials used as the wall base material 5 include asbestos cement boards, gypsum boards, hardboards, special cement boards, etc. in addition to calcium silicate boards. Undercoat paint 9
There are thermosetting resins such as urethane resin, acrylic urethane resin, epoxy resin, and melamine resin paint, and each can be used depending on the type of base material. After the first coating layer has been applied, a silk screen and the resist plate with the photosensitive emulsion adjusted to a thickness of 20 to 40μ are used to apply the paint (screen ink) for fixing glass beads onto the plate surface and use a squeegee to uniformly apply it. Printing layer 7 is formed by extruding the coating paint onto the surface of the base material and printing a predetermined shape or pattern.
form. After printing, glass beads 10 are sprinkled on the printed surface before the paint dries and are fixed, then baked and dried at 100° C. for 30 minutes and cooled.

As described above, the present invention includes slate boards, plywood, Keikaru boards,
A silk screen on which an insoluble uneven film 6 has been formed as described above is placed on a flat base material 5, which is a non-combustible flat base material such as hardboard, on which a glossy base coating layer 9 as a color base is formed if necessary, and glass beads are fixed on the surface of the screen. At the same time, the paint is applied uniformly with a squeegee or the like, a textile print is performed on the surface of the base material 5, and glass beads 10 are scattered and fixed on the printed surface to form a pattern layer.

(G) Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is configured as described above, the glass beads 10 fixed in a pattern corresponding to the uneven film 6 formed on the silk screen have a matte satin pattern and a glossy color base. The contrast between the two creates a sense of harmony, calmness, and elegance. Furthermore, by incorporating lighting that takes advantage of the retroreflection effect of glass beads, the printed pattern can exhibit a beautiful and brilliant decorative effect. Moreover, by performing polymerization printing, it is possible to pattern in various forms, and the manufacturing process is simple and can be applied to mass production, and the yield is good, so it is advantageous in terms of cost. It can be used for indoor display boards that also serve as decorations, allowing for a wide range of applications.
