As the color aggregate used in the present invention, natural materials such as silica sand and pumice, artificial materials such as ceramics, plastics and metals and colored materials are used. Mix and use to obtain hue. The particle size of the color aggregate is 0.1 to 5 mm,
The spray density on the surface of the convex portion needs to be 50 to 600 g / m 2 . In any case, if the value is less than the lower limit, the design of the color aggregate tends to be insufficient, and if the value exceeds the upper limit, the aggregate is too large or the density is too high to be applied to the decorative board material. This is because the desired coating properties may not be obtained in some cases. It is preferable to use a color aggregate having a particle size of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, and a spray density on the surface of the projection is preferably 100 to 400 g / m 2 .

After the entire surface of the colored opaque paint is applied as an undercoat, the colored opaque paint is applied on the flattened surface of the convex as an intermediate coat. Preferably it is dry.
On the other hand, it is necessary to spray the color aggregate onto the intermediate paint until the intermediate paint is dried. This is because the color aggregate is firmly bonded to the convex surface through the intermediate coating. In this case, “until drying” usually means a period until drying is performed to the extent that the paint is not applied to the finger by touch (hereinafter referred to as “touch drying”).

In this way, even if the color aggregate is scattered on a portion other than the surface of the convex portion, since the color aggregate is scattered on the uncoated portion of the intermediate coating, it can be easily spread by means such as air blow. Can be removed. Therefore, a decorative board having color aggregate attached only to the convex surface of the decorative board material can be easily obtained. Finally, the colorless transparent or colored transparent paint is applied over the entire surface as a top coat, and this is preferably performed after the intermediate paint is dried.

[0013] When formed in this manner, the particle size and the scatter density of the aggregate are appropriate enough to appeal to the sight, and a fine three-dimensional pattern of the aggregate can be recognized, and a color forming pattern composed of a plurality of hues is formed. -Since the aggregate is sprayed and fixed only on the convex portion of the flattened decorative board, not only the design effect by the color aggregate becomes remarkable, but also the undercoat paint or the convex portion of the colored opaque concave portion. The hue of the intermediate coating and the gloss of the colorless transparent or colored transparent top coating are reflected to obtain a decorative plate excellent in design. In addition, the decorative plate is excellent in durability because the color aggregate is fixed by the intermediate coating and the top coating.

First, a decorative plate material having a tile-like or brick-like uneven pattern on its surface is subjected to seal coating as needed, and then a colored opaque paint is entirely coated as an undercoat. Next, after drying the undercoat paint, a colored opaque paint is applied as an intermediate coat to only the flattened convex surface by using a roll coater, leaving joint portions of the concave portions. Subsequently, a color aggregate having a particle size of 0.1 to 1.5 mm, in which two or more hues are mixed, is applied from the upper side to 100 to 400 g / min until the intermediate coating paint dries to the touch. While spraying at a density of m 2 and drying the intermediate paint, the color aggregates sprayed on the unpainted portion of the intermediate paint are removed by air blow or the like. The color aggregate is fixed only to the Finally, a colorless transparent or colored transparent paint is applied over the entire surface as a top coat.

With such a configuration, the color aggregate 7 forms white, yellow and brown color-coded patterns, while FIG.
Since a three-dimensional pattern with fine irregularities as shown in (1) is formed, and it is formed on the entire surface of the convex portion 2 of the tile-like irregular pattern, the degree of recognition of the viewer to these aggregate patterns is increased, This is due to the gray color of the undercoat 5 of the concave portion 3 and the beige color of the intermediate paint 5 of the convex portion 2.
Producing a more brilliant result, the design effect of the color aggregate on the whole decorative board becomes remarkable. In addition, the overcoat 8 imparts a glossing effect to the aggregate pattern and, if necessary, imparts depth to the hue when colored and transparent, and contributes to the fixation of the aggregate. As described above, the design effect of the color aggregate can be further enhanced by mixing the colors of the paints such as the color aggregate 7 and the undercoat 5.
