Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a building board used for, for example, a building outer wall, and a method for applying the surface thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a building board for an outer wall, there is a fiber reinforced cement board manufactured from cement, pulp, or the like. This type of building board is generally provided with an uneven pattern on the surface in order to bring out the texture of actual natural stones and tiles. In addition, in order to impart various colors to the surface or to enhance the weather resistance, various paint finishes are performed, for example, sand particles for spraying and fixing solid particulate matter such as sand for slip prevention and matting. There are spray painting and multicolor painting by ink-jet, which expresses a color tone by partially applying a paint in which an uneven pattern is stored in advance and plays an important role in the design evaluation of the surface appearance.
In other words, an important factor in the design evaluation of a building board is how the embossed pattern shape by the concave portions and the convex portions and the color expression by various coatings are exhibited as a whole.
[0003]
Among the architectural boards of these designs, there are provided architectural boards that exhibit a design as if they were real natural stones by painting and spraying sand according to the unevenness of the architectural boards. In addition, as a construction board to which sand is scattered, in order to increase the shading effect of a concavo-convex pattern and a sense of depth, a scattered part is not provided in a concave part, and a granular substance is scattered only in a convex part (JP-A-Hei. 10-66932) On the contrary, the projections are not provided with a scattering portion of the granular material, and at least a part of the depressions are sanded, and particles having different particle sizes are attached to the projections to reflect light, thereby shading the irregularities. Is provided. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-111253)
Further, as a method for producing the same, a building board manufacturing system provided with a binder applying means capable of selectively applying a binder to the concave portion, a sand spraying means for uniformly spraying sand over the entire surface, and a sand removing means (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-3933). In addition, in the inventor of the present invention, the projecting portion of the building board is not provided with a scattered portion of sand, and a scattered portion is provided on at least a part of the recessed portion. There is provided an architectural board having a different design depending on the angle at which the architectural board is viewed by positively expressing a concavo-convex pattern by making the distribution of sanding different, and a manufacturing system thereof. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
Generally, real natural stones and tiles have various colors, and it is desired to faithfully reproduce these designs. As this method, partial multi-color coating is performed by ink-jet coating, printing coating, or the like. Even in the case of a building board to which sand is scattered, the color of the building board must be sufficiently considered. In the past, design evaluation of sand-sprayed building boards has played a major role in terms of creating a feeling of rock surface and matting, but it is difficult to say that sand itself is a multicolored design. There was little consideration given to the creation of new colors on the building boards after spraying, based on the colors of the boards and the colors of the sand itself.
[0005]
Next, a case will be described in which a two-tone coating is applied to a building board having a convex block portion having a tile-like or brick-like tone and further having a height difference on the surface of the convex block portion. In order to express this design, a base color is usually applied to the entire surface by a spray coating machine or the like, and a top color of another color is applied only to the convex block portion by a roll coating machine or the like. At this time, since the convex block portion has a height difference, the inside of the convex block portion has a portion of the top color painted by the roll coating machine and a portion of the base color which has not been painted by the roll painting machine. As a result, the convex block portion appears to have a pattern blank.
However, the actual tile or brick and the mortar joint embedded in the joint are made of different materials, and the colors of the two are usually different colors. The only way to express the texture with the joints being mortar joints as if the blocks of tiles or bricks were stacked on the building board was to paint the joints in different colors.
[0006]
Until now, the design of the joints has been limited to the expression of a shading effect or a monotonous color expression for enhancing the convex block portion, and a method of finishing the color with a more natural appearance has not been studied much. Further, as disclosed in the conventional patent document, when the sand is simply sprayed on the joints, only the color of the sand is expressed on the joints, so that the color expression becomes monotonous, and Neither can gradation expression be performed.
[0007]
On the other hand, there has been disclosed a method of performing partial coating on a building board by inkjet coating or printing coating in order to realize multicolor coating, but when performing partial coating only on a convex block portion, a pattern pattern of the building board itself is disclosed. There is a case in which the so-called paint spills in which the paint applied to a part of the convex block portion flows into a low portion such as an joint portion as a result of the deviation and the variation in the transport accuracy at the time of painting. When this spill occurs, the color of the convex block part protrudes into the joint part and it becomes impossible to faithfully represent the color of the original joint part. There was a problem that it adversely affected the design evaluation.
[0008]
That is, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a new color is created on a building board after being sprayed by the color of the building board before spraying the sand and the color of the sand itself, and the joint is made. It is an object of the present invention to provide a building board and a method for coating the same, which makes the spill of a multi-color coating color generated in a part inconspicuous.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention has a surface having a joint portion and a convex block portion, and the convex block portion is not sanded and part or all of the joint portion. The construction board provided with sand dispersed and fixed to the building board, wherein the color of the portion to which the sand is dispersed and fixed exhibits a different color depending on the color of the sand and the color of the base coat color. is there.
According to the above configuration, the color of the joint portion does not become the same before and after the application of the sand, so that a new color is displayed, and the surface of the building board can have various finished feelings.
[0010]
Further, the color of the portion where the sand is scattered may be changed stepwise, and in this case, it is possible to provide a building board surface in which the color of the joint portion changes in gradation.
At this time, the color of the portion where the sand is scattered may be an intermediate color between the color of the sand and the color of the joint before the sand is scattered. The color of the portion where the sand is scattered may be a color that is not the same as any other color in the building board.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, the color of the joints is such that the color of the sand to be scattered and the color of the joints before the sand is scattered coexist, and a new color is displayed especially when confirmed from a distance, Various colors can be expressed on the building board surface. In addition, if the area of the sand grains and the remaining area are the same in the area of the joint, it is possible to set a neutral color between the two colors, and to produce a completely new color by selecting the color of the sand Becomes possible.
[0012]
Further, in the present invention, a step of applying a paint and / or an adhesive for fixing the sand to a part or all of the joints of the building board composed of the joints and the convex block parts; The present invention relates to a method for painting a surface of a building board, comprising: a step of intermittently spraying the board; and a step of removing sand not adhered to a paint and / or an adhesive from a surface. At this time, it is preferable that the amount of sand to be sprayed is 50 to 200 g / m 2 .
According to the above configuration, a completely new color can be produced by the color of the sand sprayed with an appropriate amount and the color of the joint before spraying the sand. At this time, the reason why the amount of the sprayed sand is 50 to 200 g / m 2 is as follows. That is, if the amount of application is less than 50 g / m 2 , the color of the joint is too conspicuous and a new color cannot be obtained. Conversely, if the amount of application is more than 200 g / m 2 , the color of the joint is almost Only the color of the sand covered can be expressed.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a building board according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2A is a partially enlarged view thereof, and FIG. 2B is an enlarged sectional view thereof.
As shown in FIG. 1, the building board of the present embodiment includes a convex block portion 2 and joint portions 3, and the joint shape is a horseshoe-like brick-like design. Further, in the case of the present example, in order to bring out the elegance of the brick, the convex block portion 2 has a height difference, and a vertex portion 4a and a pattern blank portion 4b are formed. Two-tone painting is performed on building boards having different surface heights of such convex block portions by using a spray painting machine and a roll painting machine, and a vertex portion 4a painted on the roll painting machine and an unpainted pattern removal. A part 4b results. Therefore, the color of the pattern removal portion 4b is naturally different from the color of the vertex portion 4a, and is the same color as the color of the joint portion by the spray coating machine. In the case of this example, the convex block 2 is made of a brick. However, the shape is not limited to this, and any shape can be used as long as the convex block 2 and the joints are provided.
[0014]
There are various methods for finishing the surface of the building board, such as two-tone coating that separately paints convex parts and concave parts as described above, ink jet coating that selectively applies paint based on the pattern shape stored in advance, and others. There is also a method of spraying and fixing sand such as silica sand or color sand to create a feeling of sand on the building board surface. For example, the sand is further sprayed and fixed only to the joints of the two-tone painted building board, whereby the unevenness due to the uneven pattern on the building board surface is emphasized, and a design having a sufficient three-dimensional appearance can be obtained.
In the example of FIG. 2A of the embodiment of the present invention, the sand 10 is sprayed only on the joints on the surface of the two-tone painted brick-like building board. The present invention is not limited to this, and the sand may be sprayed on a part of the joint portion, may be sprayed in a band shape only in one direction, or may be sprayed discontinuously. Further, another spraying mode may be adopted.
FIG. 2B shows an XY cross-sectional view thereof. In this example, sand is sprayed over the entire width in the joint. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and sand may be sprayed on a part of the width, and any particle size of the sand may be used.
[0015]
However, the important point here is that, with regard to the portion where the sand is scattered, all the colors (base colors) previously painted by the spray coating machine before the sand is scattered on the joint portions 3 are covered with the sand. There is no base color and some of the base color remains between the sands. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, sand is intermittently sprayed on the surface of the building board, and both the color of joints and the color of sand are mixed. At this time, especially when the building board is viewed from a distance, the color of the portion where the sand is scattered changes to a mixed color of the two and presents a different color.

Here, the sand is silica sand having a particle diameter of about 2 mm, and any one of lightness, saturation, and hue is different from the base color of the building board. In this example, the base color is white and the sand color is dark brown. The color of the base color is not limited to this, and the color of the base color may be a dark gray color and the color of the sand may be white, and both colors can be appropriately selected according to the color to be expressed.
[0017]
In addition, when the sand is intermittently scattered, if the scatter is changed while the distribution of the sanding is changed, a gradation color is displayed. For example, in the case of FIG. 2 (A), the scattering amount and particle size of the dark brown sand are changed stepwise, and the sand is scattered with different specific surface areas, and the specific surface area of the sand is larger on the left side than on the right side. The settings are set to be larger. Therefore, the color of the surface of the building board after the spray fixing is changed from a light color to a darker light brown color even in a light brown color. As a result, a multicolored design as seen in a real natural stone is expressed. Further, the present invention is not limited to this, and may be a gradation expression such as selectively changing the amount of application to express a partial gradation.
If the area of the base color and the color of the sand are dispersed at an equal ratio in a certain area, an intermediate color between the two colors is displayed. In this example, if the area of the white base color and the area of the dark brown color of sand have an equal ratio, an intermediate color of the light brown color can be expressed. In another example, if the color of the base color is a dark gray color, the color of the sand is white, and the sand is dispersed so that the two are evenly distributed in a certain area, a new color of the light gray color will be created. Can be expressed.
[0018]
It is also possible to make the building board a multicolored finished board such as an inkjet coating, and to do the same. When partially painting only the convex block, the paint flows into a part of the convex block as a result of the displacement of the pattern of the building board itself and the dispersion of the conveyance accuracy at the time of painting, and the color is uncomfortable. May cause. Also at this time, spills can be made less noticeable by spraying sand on the joints to express a new color.
[0019]
Next, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a building board showing one embodiment of a manufacturing process. In this example, a process of performing two-tone coating on building boards having different surface heights of the convex block portions, and thereafter performing sand-spray coating is shown. In this case, the undercoat and the intermediate paint 11 are applied to the entire surface by spraying or the like (Step 1), and then the top coat 12 of another color is applied to the surface of the convex block portion by a roll coater or the like (Step 2). ). Next, only the joint portion 3 is selectively coated with the paint 13 for fixing the sand, the sand 10 is intermittently sprayed over the entire surface of the building board, and the excess sand 10 is sprayed from the surface of the building board using air blow. Remove (step 3). Finally, finish painting (step 4) such as clear paint 14 is performed as a finish, and after drying, the building board is carried out.
[0020]
In the present manufacturing method, the color of the joint portion where the sand is scattered is such that a part of the base color remains between the sand and the two colors are mixed. Therefore, the joint portion expresses a new color different from the color of the pattern removal portion of the convex block portion, and it is possible to express the texture of the mortar joint existing between the actual bricks. By appropriately changing the spraying degree of the sand or the color of the sand, the gradation expression of the color and the desired color can be produced.
[0021]
Here, the manufacturing conditions of this example will be described. For example, an acrylic urethane-based or acrylic silicon-based clear paint is used as the sand-fixing paint, the viscosity is set to 11 seconds (Iwata cup), and the applied amount is about 150 g / m 2 using a groove coating machine. Then, a coating layer for fixing the sand was formed on the joint. Before this coating layer was dried, sand having a spraying amount of about 150 g / m 2 different in color from the joint portion was spray-coated with a sand sprayer so that the base color remained on the entire building board. The sand may be color sand in addition to silica sand, and the particle size can be appropriately selected according to the design and color expression. An acrylic urethane clear paint is generally used for the surface clear finish appropriately performed, and the coating amount is preferably about 120 g / m 2 . In addition, in order to apply the sand-fixing paint, any apparatus can be used as long as it can be selectively applied, such as an ink jet coater, in addition to a groove coater.
If the amount of sand scattered is less than 50 g / m 2 , the color of the joint is too conspicuous, and if the amount of spray is more than 200 g / m 2 , the color of the joint is almost covered with sand and the original color of the sand Can be expressed only, and the spraying amount is desirably in the range of 50 to 200 g / m 2 .
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
According to the above-mentioned building board and its coating method, a new color can be expressed by the color of the base color and the color of the sand at the joint portion, and a multi-colored feeling can be obtained depending on the degree of distribution of the sand. In addition, since the color arrangement of the pattern removal portion and the joint portion in the convex block portion is different, a more natural design effect of the texture of the mortar joint can be exhibited. In addition, it is possible to make the spill of the paint to the joints less noticeable.
