However, in order to improve the texture of architectural boards and make them look like tiles, it was necessary to thicken the top coat layer on the surface.
The clear had to be applied many times by hand, resulting in poor productivity.

Transparent surface layer 3 cured with one coat of resin
The above object is achieved by pasting the resin-impregnated base material 4 impregnated with resin on the surface of the inorganic plate 1 and curing it to form a thick top coat layer 6. It is something.

A base material made of decorative paper or the like is impregnated with a transparent resin, and as shown in FIG. The base material layer 2 is formed on the surface of the inorganic board 1 by curing. Although the resin used here is not limited, for example, an ultraviolet curing resin can be used. Next, this base material layer 2
A top coat 5 made of an ultraviolet curing resin paint or the like is applied to the surface, and the surface is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays from a lamp 7 to form a transparent surface layer 3. Here, as a coating machine, a spray, a flow coater, a roll, etc. can be used.

Moreover, by forming the base material from decorative paper or the like and forming the resin from a transparent material, the pattern of the base material can be seen from the surface of the base material layer 2. Next, by applying a top coat 5 such as an ultraviolet curable resin paint to the surface of the base layer 2, the glossy surface layer 3 is formed so that even a small amount of the top coat 5 forms a uniform film on the surface. As a result, a transparent thick top coat layer 6 is formed between the base layer 2 and the surface layer 3 as shown in FIG. It can enhance the texture.

Since a transparent surface layer is formed by curing the resin, it is possible to form a thick base layer by impregnating and curing the resin into the base material, and it is possible to form a thin surface layer with one coat of resin. It is possible to obtain architectural boards with a textured texture, and it is possible to increase productivity. Moreover, both the base material layer and the surface layer are made of transparent resin, and the base material layer and the surface layer are both transparent. By forming the material with decorative paper or the like, the pattern can be made visible from the front, making it possible to obtain architectural boards with excellent decorative properties.
