イヤフラムを側面部に設けてなる検出部ボデイと
、このボデイ側面部に対しねじ結合により一体的
に組付け固定されその内部に被測定流体が導入さ
れる圧力室を形成する側部カバー体と、この側部
カバー体により保持された状態で前記ボデイ側面
部に一体的に組付け固定される液封カプセルとを
備え、この液封カプセルは、その両側面部に圧力
伝達媒体を封入する一対のバリヤダイヤフラムを
有し、その一方のバリヤダイヤフラムが前記検出
部ボデイ側の測圧用バリヤダイヤフラムと対面す
るとともに、他方のバリヤダイヤフラムが被測定
流体側の流体圧を受圧するように前記側部カバー
体内の圧力室に臨んで配設されていることを特徴
とする差圧・圧力発信器。 (2) 検出部ボデイ側の測圧用バリヤダイヤフラ
ムと、これに対面して設けられる液封カプセル側
のバリヤダイヤフラムとを、グリースにより密着
させて一体化したことを特徴とする実用新案登録
