Claims (1)
部に凹部を有する本体ブロツクと、この本体ブロ
ツクの凹部を有する端面の周辺部に周辺部を気密
接合された隔液ダイアフラムと、この隔液ダイア
フラムで閉塞された凹部内に封入された圧力伝達
媒体と、前記隔液ダイアフラムの周辺部にパツキ
ンを介して周辺部を当接し前記本体ブロツクに締
め付け取着され隔液ダイアフラムとの間の空間に
被測定流体を導入する受圧フランジと、前記本体
ブロツク内にその凹部と連通して設けられた空洞
部に配置され前記圧力伝達媒体を介した被測定流
体の圧力を受ける検圧素子とを備えた圧力計・差
圧計において、前記隔液ダイアフラムはその周辺
部にパツキン受け溝を有するとともにその受圧応
動部が前記本体ブロツクの凹部に所要寸法陥入し
て位置する凹部に形成され、前記受圧フランジは
前記隔液ダイアフラムに対向する端面がフラツト
に形成され、前記本体ブロツクはその周辺部に前
記隔液ダイアフラムのパツキン受け溝が嵌り込む
受け溝を有することを特徴とする圧力計・差圧計
