Claims (1)
ーシング本体部の凹所にその底面との間に空隙を
残して内嵌されたケーシング充填ブロツクと、前
記空隙内に配置されその周辺部を前記ケーシング
本体部の凹所の底面周辺部と前記充填ブロツクの
端面周辺部とで挾持固定され前記空隙を2室に隔
離しているセンタダイアフラムと、前記ケーシン
グ本体部の外側端面および前記ケーシング充填ブ
ロツクの外側端面にそれぞれ周辺部を気密に固定
されて設けられた一対の隔液ダイアフラムと、前
記ケーシング充填ブロツクの両側端面間を連通す
る貫通穴により前記センタダイアフラムと前記一
方の隔液ダイアフラムとの間に形成された第1の
圧力室と、前記ケーシング本体部の凹所底面とこ
のケーシング本体部の外側端面との間を連通する
貫通穴により前記センタダイアフラムと前記他方
の隔液ダイアフラムとの間に形成された第2の圧
力室と、前記ケーシング本体部の外周面の一部に
突設されたセンサ収納部内の空洞部を2室に隔離
して配置されその一方の室が連通穴により前記第
1の圧力室に連通され他方の室が連通穴により前
記第2の圧力室に連通されている感圧素子と、こ
の感圧素子の両側の室およびこれらとの連通穴な
らびに前記第1第2の両圧力室に封入された圧力
伝達媒体と、前記ケーシング本体部の両端面にそ
れぞれ気密に取着され前記一対の隔液ダイアフラ
ムの外側にそれぞれ被測定流体を導入する一対の
接液フランジとを具備してなる差圧伝送器におい
て、前記ケーシング本体部の凹所の内周面にめね
じが設けられるとともに前記ケーシング充填ブロ
ツクの外周面に前記めねじに螺合するおねじが設
けられ、このおねじと前記めねじとの螺合により
結合された前記ケーシング本体部とケーシング充
填ブロツクとの間でこれら両者の間に挾まれたセ
ンタダイアフラムがその周辺部を押圧固定された
ことを特徴とする差圧伝送器。 (2) ケーシング充填ブロツクが、そのセンタダ
イアフラムに対向する端面に一端が開口している
連通穴のこの充填ブロツク外周面における開口端
を通り前記外周面を一周して形成された連通溝を
