Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は密閉形アルカリ蓄電池の改良に関するものであ
る。
従来の技術 従来この種蓄電池における陽極集電体の上に設ける上部
絶縁板1はリング状である。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 陽極端子を下にして落下させた時上部絶縁板1の接触し
ていない渦巻状1f極体の中心部分が竹の千秋に突出し
、陽、陰極両端部に溶接した集に体がはずれてしまい電
池としての性能を示さなくなる。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明は上記の点に鑑み、上部絶縁体に補強を設け、落
下に対し充分耐える電池の製作を可能にするものである
作用 落下に対し十分な強度が得られる。
実施例 セパレーター2を介して陽極板3、陰極板4を各々上下
にズラシて捲回した渦巻状電極体の陽極端部と陰極端部
に陽極集電体5、陰極集電体6を溶接して、陰極端子を
兼ねる電池ケース技をつけ渦巻状電極体の中心部分まで
押えられるようにして落下に対し部分な強度か得られる
ように形成した上部絶縁体8を設ける。該上部絶縁体8
では陽極端子を下にして落下させたとき渦巻状′R電極
体中心部分が突出しないようになっている。
なお9は陽極端子受皿、10は陽極−子である。
発明の効果 上述のように本発明によれば、上部絶縁体に放射状の技
を設けたことにより落下による渦巻状電極体の中心部分
が突出し陽、陰画集電体の溶接部分がはずれることを防
止し、信頼性を高めることができる等工業的価値基だ大
なるもので56゜

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. セパレーターを介して陽、陰極板を捲回した渦巻状電極
    体の陽、陰極両端部に集電体を溶接して電池ケース内に
    収容し、陽極集電体上に耐衝撃性を有する上部絶縁体を
    使用したことを特徴とする密閉形アルカリ蓄電池。
