  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光半導体素子のモニタ光をモニタレンズを介し
    てモニタ用受光素子に入射させる光半導体結合器
    において、 前記光半導体素子のモニタ側の封止部と前記モ
    ニタレンズ間に所定の隙間を設けると共に、前記
    モニタレンズに接着剤の逃げ溝を形成するように
    したことを特徴とする光半導体結合器。
