Claims (1)
- 鏡面を有する加熱板と、光フアイバ端面を、上
記加熱板に所定角度で当接、溶融させるための光
フアイバ装着用治具とより成る光フアイバ端面処
理装置において、上記治具の下面と、上記加熱板
の上面とが密着したか否かを検出する検出手段を
設けたことを特徴とする光フアイバ端面処理装置
。
