- 対向する一対のミラーの間にレーザ細管が配設
された内部ミラー形レーザ管において、前記ミラ
ーを封止する封入皿の内側底面と前記ミラーの内
側端面との間に両者と密接する環状部材を介在さ
せたことを特徴とする内部ミラー形レーザ管。
