Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 後端部にエアー供給口が設けられているシ
リンダと、このシリンダ内に摺動自在に収容され
ているピストンロツドと、このピストンロツドと
シリンダ間に気密に装着されシリンダ内を液供給
口を設けた液供給室と作動室に区画するダイアフ
ラムと、前記ピストンロツドの後部に固定され作
動室内を摺動自在のピストンと、このピストンよ
りも前方側の作動室のシリンダ内周面に螺着され
この作動室に開口した操作口からの操作による螺
合進退によつてピストンのストロークを調整する
ストローク調整スリーブと、作動室内でピストン
ロツドに嵌め込まれピストンを常時後方に押圧付
勢するスプリングと、前記液供給室の先端部に弁
座を介して装着されたノズルと、ピストンロツド
の先端部に装着固定され先端頭部が弁座の弁口を
挿通してノズル内の液滞留空間に進退可能に進出
しているニードル弁体とを有することを特徴とす
る吐出ノズル装置。 (2) ストローク調整スリーブには、作動室に開
口した操作口から棒を差込んで挿入し、回転する
ための棒差込穴が設けられていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の吐出ノ
ズル装置。 (3) ストローク調整スリーブには、外周面にロ
ーレツト加工を施したものであることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の吐出ノ
ズル装置。
