Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空源に連通する吸引ポートを有するシリンダ
と、軸線方向の通路を有し先端に吸着パツドを取
付けたロツドと、該ロツドをシリンダから突出す
る方向に付勢するスプリングとを備え、吸引ポー
トを介して吸着パツドに真空圧を作用させる吸着
パツドの吸引機構において、 上記ロツドに、軸線方向に間隔を置いて嵌着し
たパツキンを有するピストンを設けて、上記シリ
ンダにパツキンで区画された定容積の真空圧空間
を形成し、 上記吸引ポートを上記真空圧空間に連通させる
とともに、上記通路の一端を上記パツキン間に開
口させた、 ことを特徴とする吸着パツドの吸引機構。
