Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ピストンプレートを挾んで一方の高圧側室に高
圧エアが供給され、他方の大気側室が大気に開放
されているシリンダにおいて、 上記シリンダ部の側壁であつて該シリンダ部が
装着された際に最下端部となる位置に、上記大気
側室と大気とを連通する透孔を形成し、該透孔を
閉塞する弁体を上記側壁の外側面に取り付け、該
弁体は上記大気側室に生じた圧力によつて上記透
孔を開放することを特徴とするエアシリンダの清
掃機構。
