- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁基板に設けた孔に屈曲せしめた電子部
品のリード線を収納し、これを前記基板表面上の
孔周辺に設けたランドとを電気的に接続したこと
を特徴とするチツプ化電子部品。 (2) 前記基板の孔のサイズが前記電子部品との
当接面側よりその対向面に於いて大なる如く段階
状をなしていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲(1)記載のチツプ化電子部品。
