Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板上に形成した導電パターンの要部にリ
ード挿通孔を開口したプリント配線基板の導電パ
ターン面にチツプ部品を、反対面にリード付き電
子部品を実装しチツプ部品の電極及びリードを導
電パターンに半田付けしたものにおいて、上記リ
ード挿通孔の内周面に半田付け可能なメツキ層を
形成すると共に電子部品のリードの基板からの突
出長をチツプ部品の高さ以下に設定したことを特
徴とするプリント配線体。
