Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔概　要〕 本発明は複数のサービスに利用される複数のデータフィ
ールドを持つＩＣカードにおいて、所持者がアクセスす
ることを許していないデータフィールドがアクセスされ
たり、そのデータフイールドに対するアクセスを許可さ
れていない者がアクセスしたり、そのアクセス実施者に
許されているアクセス権限を越えてデータフィールドが
アクセスされたりする不正なアクセスから、ＩＣカード
内のデータフィールドを保護するために、ＩＣカード内
の各データフィールド毎に異なる所持者暗証番号（以下
、ＰＩＮと称す）とアクセス資格種別毎のアクセス実施
者正当性確認コードとアクセス権情報を持ち、ＩＣカー
ド内でＩＣカードの外部か゛ら入力された所持者ＰＩＮ
と正当性確認コードを照合し、両方が一致した場合のみ
該当するデータフィールドに対し該当するアクセス資格
種別に対するアクセス権の範囲でアクセスを許可するよ
うにしたものである。
ここでアクセス権とは、データフィールドに対するデー
タの書き込み、読み取り、書き替え、削除のどれとどれ
を行う権限があるかを示す情報である。
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は複数サービス用ＩＣカードの領域アクセス許可
方式に関する。
ＩＣカード内には、複数のサービスに対して複数のデー
タフィールドが存在する。各データフィールド毎にカー
ド発行者、サービス提供者、サービス実行者、カード所
持者のそれぞれのアクセス資格種別に対するアクセス権
が定められる。すなわち、一つのデータフィールドに対
するアクセス権限を持つ者であっても、他のデータフィ
ールドへのアクセスを同様に行って良い訳ではない。
カード所持者がアクセスを認めたデータフィールドに対
してのみ、アクセスを許可されたアクセス実施者だけが
許されたアクセス権の範囲でアクセスを許可し、それ以
外のアクセス要求に対してデータフィールドを保護する
アクセス許可方式が必要とされる。
〔従来の技術〕
従来例の原理ブロック図を第４図に示す。
図中、４０１はＩＣカードを接続している端末装置より
ＩＣカードへ入力された所持者ＰＩＮ（以下、入力ＰＩ
Ｎと称する）、４０２はＩＣカードへ入力されたアクセ
ス実施者正当性確認コード（入力ＡＣコードと略する）
、４０３はＩＣカードへ入力されたデータフィールドＩ
Ｄ、４０４はＩＣカードへ入力されたデータフィールド
へのアクセス要求である。４２１はＩＣカード内に格納
されている所持者ＰＩＮ、４２２はデータフィールドの
アクセス実施者である端末装置あるいは端末装置内のプ
ログラムの正当性を確認するためにＩＣカード内に格納
しているＡＣコード（Ａｕｔｈｅｕｔ　ｉＣａ　ｔ　ｉ
ｏｎコード）、４２３はＩＣカード内のデータフィール
ド４２４に対するデータフィールドＩＤである。
図示のように従来の方式では、入力ＰＩＮ４０１とＰＩ
Ｎ４２１を照合するＰＩＮ照合手段４１１により正当な
カード所持者による利用かを判定し、照合が一致し正当
と判断した場合には、入力ＡＣコード４０２とＡＣコー
ド４２２を照合するＡＣコード照合手段４１２により正
当なアクセス実施者かを判定し、照合が一致し正当と判
断した場合には、いかなるデータフィールドに対しても
、外部より指定した入力データフィールドＩＤ４０３に
対応するデータフィールドを決定するデータフィールド
を決定するデータフィールド決定手段４１３により、該
当するデータフィールドより４２３を持つデータフィー
ルド４２３を決定し、該データフィールドに対していか
なるアクセス要求４０４もデータフィールドアクセス手
段を通して実現される。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
従来のＩＣカードでは、複数のデータフィールドがあっ
てもＩＣカード全体に対するＰＩＮとＡＣコードしかな
いため、一旦これらにたいする照合が一致しアクセスが
許可されると、ＩＣカード内のすべてのデータフィール
ドに対してアクセスが可能となった。
このため正当な所持者ＰＩＮをもつカード利用者が、正
当なサービス実行者のもとでサービスを受ける場合に、
本来のサービスを受けると同時に、サービス実行者が不
正に関連するデータフィールドに対し許可されていない
書き込みや書き替えなどのアクセスを行ったり、関連し
ない本来アクセスしてはならないデータフィールドに対
しデータを参照したり変更したりする不正のアクセスを
行ったりすることが可能であり、機密保護上問題があっ
た。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
第１図は本発明の原理ブロック図である。図中、１０１
．１０２．１０３．１０４．１０５はＩＣカードの外部
より入力された情報で、１０１は入力されたデータフィ
ールドＩＤ、１０２は入力された所持者ｐｌＮ（入力Ｐ
ＩＮと略する）、１０３は入力されたアクセス資格種別
、１０４は入力されたアクセス実施者正当性確認コード
（入力ＡＣコードと略する）、１０５はアクセス要求で
ある。１２１．１２２．１２３．１２４．１２５はデー
タフィールドの作成時にＩＣカード内に格納される情報
で、１２２はＩＣカード内のデータフィールド１２６に
対するデータフィールドＩＤ、１２３は該データフィー
ルドに対するアクセス許可に使用する所持者ＰＩＮ（Ｐ
ＩＮと略する）、１２４は複数の入力アクセス資格種別
に対応したアクセス実施者正当性確認コード（ＡＣコー
ドと略する）、１２３は複数の入力アクセス資格種別に
対応したデータフィールドのアクセス権、１２１はこれ
ら１２２．１２３．１２４．１２５を総称するデータフ
ィールド管理情報である。ここでアクセス権とは、デー
タフィールドに対するデータの書き込み、読み出し、書
き替え、削除のうちのいずれの処理の実施が許可される
かを示す情報である。
１１１．１１２．１１３．１１４．１１５は、ＩＣカー
ド内に実現される機能で、１１１は入力データフィール
ドＩＤ１０１と各データフィールド１２６のデータフィ
ールドＩＤ１２２を比較し、アクセスしようとするデー
タフィールドを決定する手段、１１２はデータフィール
ドが決定されたのち人力ＰＩＮ１０２と決定したデータ
フィールドに対するＰＩＮ１２３を照合しデータフィー
ルドの利用が正当なカード所持者によるもので、かつカ
ード所持者が使用を認めたデータフィールドに対するも
のであるかを確認する所持者ＰＩＮ照合手段、１１３は
ＰＴＮ照合が正当と認められたのち、入力アクセス資格
種別１０３、入力ＡＣコード１０４と該当データフィー
ルド管理情報１２１内のＡＣコードから、入力アクセス
資格種別に対応するＡＣコードを照合し、アクセス実施
者が正当なアクセス資格を持った者かを確認するＡＣコ
ード照合手段、１１４は入力アクセス資格種別１０３と
該当データフィールド管理情報１２１内のアクセス権１
２５から、アクセス実施者に許可されるアクセス権を決
定するアクセス権決定手段、１１５は決定されたアクセ
ス権の範囲でアクセス要求１０５によるデータフィール
ド内のデータへのアクセスを行うデータフィールドアク
セス手段である。
〔作　用〕 本発明のＰＩＮ照合手段１１２は、入力ＰＩＮとアクセ
ス対象となるデータフィールドに対するＰＩＮを照合す
ることにより、カード所持者が利用を認めていないデー
タフィールドに対するアクセスを禁止する。
ＡＣコード照合手段１１３は、入力ＡＣコードとアクセ
ス対象となるデータフィールドの該当アクセス資格種別
に対するＡＣコードを照合することにより、アクセス実
施者が許可されていないデータフィールドに対するアク
セスを禁止し、かつアクセス権決定手段１１４により、
アクセスが許可されたデータフィールドに対してもアク
セス資格に対して認められたアクセス権の範囲外のアク
セスを禁止する。
データフィールド毎に１つのＰＩＮを持たせてデータフ
ィールドの使用を規制し、且つそのデータフィールドの
アクセス権を限定しているので、各データフィールドに
またがる権利行使、或いは１つのデータフィールド内で
の許可されない権利についても制約することができる。
〔実施例〕
第２図は本発明の詳細な説明図である。図中２０１はＩ
Ｃカードを接続する端末装置、２０２はデータフィール
ドの領域のアクセスを要求するプログラム、２２０はプ
ログラムから指定した入力データフィールドＩＤ、入力
ＰＩＮ、入力アクセス資格種別、アクセス要求がＩＣカ
ードへ伝送される伝送路、２１１はＩＣカードを示す。
ＩＣカード２１１には、データ処理装置としてのＣＰＵ
２１３、入力情報、管理情報、データフィールドなどが
格納されるメモリ　（ＲＦＰＲＯＭ）２１５、および所
望の制御プログラムが書き込まれているＲＯＭ２１４が
具わっている。
また、外部装置との電気的な接触をなす複数の金属性の
接触電極（コンタク））２１２が具わっている。
第３図は本発明の実施例動作説明図である。
端末装置よりデータフィールドのアクセス開始依軌及び
入力データフィールドＩＤｌ０Ｉ、入力ＰＩＮ１０２、
入力アクセス資格種別１０３、入力ＡＣコード１０４を
受けると、各データフィールドのデータフィールドＩＤ
１２２を検索して入力データフィールドＩＤＩ　Ｏ１に
一致するデータフィールドを決定する（ステップ３ｏ１
）。
一致するデータフィールドがないときは、該当データフ
ィールドなしでエラー終了する。
データフィールドが決定すると、該当データフィールド
の所持者ＰＩＮ１２３と入力ＰＩＮＩＯ２を照合し、ア
クセスしようとするデータフィールドが正当な所持者が
アクセスをみとめたデータフィールドであるかをＴｉｆ
！認する（ステップ３０２）。
照合が不一致の場合には、ＰＩＮ不一致でエラー終了す
る（ステップ３０３）。
照合が一致すると、該当データフィールド管理情報１２
１から入力アクセス資格種別１０３に対応するＡＣコー
ド１２４を求め、入力ＡＣコード１０４と照合して、該
当データフィールドに対す１す る指定したアクセス権を持つ正当なアクセス実施者であ
るかを確認する（ステップ３０４）。
照合が不一致の場合には、ＡＣコード不不一致エラー終
了する（ステップ３０５）。
照合が一致した場合には、該当データフィールド管理情
報１２１から入力アクセス資格種別１゜３に対応するア
クセス権１２５を求めアクセス権を決定する（ステップ
３０６）。
次に端末装置からの該当データフィールドに対するデー
タの書き込み、読み取り、書き替え、削除などのアクセ
ス要求１０５に対して、ステップ３０６で決定したアク
セス権の範囲内でデータのアクセスを実施する。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明によれば、データフィールドの作成時に各データ
フィールド毎にＰＩＮとアクセス資格に応じた複数個の
ＡＣコードとアクセス権をＩＣカード内に設定すること
により、カード所持者がアクセスを認めたデータフィー
ルドに対してのみ、アクセスを許可されたアクセス実施
者だけが、許されたアクセス権の範囲でアクセスを許可
することが可能となり、それ以外のアクセス要求に対し
てデータフィールドを保護することができるようになる
ので、実用的に極めて有用である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 　複数のサービスに利用される複数のデータフィールド
    を持つメモリを備えるＩＣカードであってＩＣカード内
    の複数のデータフィールド（１２６）毎あるいは複数の
    データフィールドのグループ毎に、それぞれ異なる所持
    者暗証番号（１２３）と複数のアクセス資格種別毎のア
    クセス実施者正当性確認コード（１２４）とアクセス権
    情報（１２５）を持ち、 ＩＣカード内のデータフィールド（１２６）のアクセス
    に先立ち、ＩＣカード外部からデータフィールド識別情
    報（１０１）、所持者暗証番号（１０２）、アクセス資
    格種別（１０３）とアクセス実施者正当性確認コード（
    １０４）を入力し、ＩＣカード内に、所持者暗証番号照
    合手段（１１２）とアクセス実施者正当性確認コード照
    合手段（１１３）とアクセス権制御手段（１１４）を持
    ち、 ＩＣカード内の該当するデータフィールドの所持者暗証
    番号とアクセス実施者正当性確認コードとＩＣカード外
    部から入力された所持者暗証番号とアクセス実施者正当
    性確認コードが、それぞれ一致した場合のみカード内の
    該当アクセス資格種別（１２５）に対応するアクセス権
    の範囲で、引き継ぎＩＣカード外部より要求される該当
    データフィールドの領域アクセスを許可することを特徴
    とする、複数サービス用ＩＣカードの領域アクセス許可
    方式。
