検出回路の一実施例の構成図、第２図Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ
，Ｄ，Ｅ，Ｆ，Ｇ，Ｈは第１図に示す回路の主要
部の信号波形を示す図、第３図は指令信号と負荷
電流を示す図である。 図面中、１は駆動モータ、２はサーボドライバ
、３は電流検出計、４はバツフアアンプ、５は低
域フイルタ、６はコンパレータ、７はノツチフイ
ルタ、８はコンパレータ、９，１０は設定器、１
１はアンド回路、１２は遅延回路、１３はオア回
路、１４はリレーである。

Claims (1)
- サンプリング周期毎に与えられる指令信号に基
づいて速度制御される駆動モータの負荷電流を検
出する負荷電流検出手段と、該負荷電流検出手段
によつて検出された負荷電流の絶対値と負荷電流
設定値とを比較し負荷電流の絶対値が負荷電流設
定値を越える場合に出力信号を出す負荷電流比較
回路と、上記負荷電流に含まれる上記サンプリン
グ周期のリツプル成分を抽出するフイルタと、該
フイルタによつて抽出されたリツプル成分と判定
値とを比較し、リツプル成分が判定値を越えない
ときに出力信号を出すリツプル成分比較回路と、
上記負荷電流比較回路の出力とリツプル成分比較
回路の出力との論理積を取るアンド回路と、該ア
ンド回路の出力が所定時間以上継続したとき出力
を出す遅延回路と、該遅延回路の出力によつて上
記駆動モータを停止させる手段とからなることを
特徴とする駆動モータの過負荷状態検出回路。
