- その上面に蛍光体が被着され基板上に配設され
たアノード電極、前記基板上に設けられた半導体
素子、前記陽極電極の上方に離間して設けられた
グリツド電極およびカソード電極とを前記基板と
ともに形成される外囲器で真空に保持して成る蛍
光表示装置において、前記基板に設けられた排気
孔と、前記半導体素子と対面する位置に設けられ
るとともに前期排気孔を塞ぐ放熱性蓋とを備えて
成る蛍光表示装置。
