  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ガス透過度および透湿度共に大きな高分子
    フイルム１０の１種以上と、ガス透過度が大きく
    透湿度が小さい高分子フイルム１２の１種以上と
    をラミネートしたフイルム１４からなり、ガス透
    過度の大きい高分子フイルムはＯ２透過係数（２
    ５℃ ＡＳＴＭ Ｄ１４３４―５８）が２０×１
    ０−１２c.c.・cm／ｓｅｃ・cm2・cmＨｇ以上の
    高分子フイルムであり、透湿度の小さい高分子フ
    イルムは透湿係数（４０℃ ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２０８
    ）が１７０×１０−１２ｇ・cm／ｓｅｃ・cm2以
    下の高分子フイルムからなるデイスポーザブル医
    療用具の滅菌物保持容器。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の滅菌
    物保持容器において、ラミネートフイルム１４を
    透湿度の小さい成形物に一部接合してなり、透湿
    度の小さい成形物は透湿係数（４０℃ ＪＩＳ
    Ｚ０２０８）が１７０×１０−１２ｇ・cm／ｓｅ
    ｃ・cm2以下の成形物である滅菌物保持容器。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の滅菌
    物保持容器において、ガス透過度が大きく透湿度
    が小さい高分子フイルム１２の２種以上をラミネ
    ートしたフイルムからなり、透湿度の小さい高分
    子フイルム１２は透湿係数（４０℃ ＪＩＳ Ｚ
    ０２０８）が１７０×１０−１２ｇ・cm／ｓｅｃ
    ・cm2以下の高分子フイルムからなるデイスポー
    ザブル医療用具の滅菌物保持容器。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の滅菌
    物保持容器において、ラミネートフイルムを透湿
    度の小さい成形物に一部接合してなり、透湿度の
    小さい成形物は透湿係数（４０℃ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２
    ０８）が１７０×１０−１２ｇ・cm／ｓｅｃ・cm
    2以下の成形物である滅菌物保持容器。
