  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シート状材料を融着加工してなるバツクであつ
    て、 酸素ガス透過性２００ml／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔ
    ｍ以下、炭酸ガス透過性１０００ml／m2・２４ｈ
    ｒ・ａｔｍ以下の特性を有する塩化ビニル樹脂系
    の２枚の保存シートに、酸素ガス透過性６００ml
    ／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔｍ以上、炭酸ガス透過性２
    ０００ml／m2・２４ｈｒ・ａｔｍ以上の特性を有
    する塩化ビニル樹脂系の透明の培養シートが積層
    され、これら積層された３枚のシートの周縁部を
    融着することによつて、保存シートによつて区切
    られた培養液保存室と、保存シートと培養シート
    とによつて区切られた培養室とが一体に形成され
    、前記培養室には細胞注入口および培養液排出口
    が少なくとも各１カ所形成されるとともに、前記
    培養液保存室には培養液注入口が形成され、かつ
    、これら培養室および培養液保存室に、該培養室
    および培養液保存室を連通する連通路が形成され
    たことを特徴とする培養用バツク。
