アーム、７…共通駆動源（例えばエアシリンダ装
置）、１０ａ，１０ｂ…回転支持軸、１３ａ，１
３ｂ…回転アーム、１２ａ，１２ｂ…ホルダ、１
５…検査対象ワーク。

- ワーク収納器体とその蓋体とからなるワーク支
持具と、該ワーク支持具に所定回転角の範囲で揺
動運動を伝達する回転アームと、該回転アームの
回転を介して前記ワーク収納器体とその蓋体に選
択的な開閉動作を伝達する共通駆動源と２個のク
ラツチ機構とからなる回転アーム駆動装置を具備
したことを特徴とするワークの目視外観検査装置
。
