である。尚、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を
示す。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転軸に固着された回転板、この回転板の
    全周に複数個配置され、該回転板との間で軸受す
    き間部となるランド部を有する静圧用パツドを備
    えた回転機用静圧スラスト軸受装置において、上
    記各パツドの中央部分のランド部をその周囲部分
    のランド部分より低く形成したことを特徴とする
    回転機用静圧スラスト軸受装置。 (2) パツドの中央部分は弧状の凹面に形成され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    機用静圧スラスト軸受装置。
