[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial application field This invention prevents fraying when wicks for combustion appliances are continuously knitted in a warp-knitted manner and cut into single pieces, and is used as a cylindrical wick. The present invention relates to an interlining for a combustion appliance, which allows the wick to be smoothly raised and lowered, and which does not hinder the suction of petroleum.

Conventional technology Conventionally, in order to form a core for a combustion appliance, a fuel suction part made of cotton fabric, etc., woven with a weaving machine and cut to an appropriate size, and a heat-resistant combustion part made of glass fiber, etc., were integrated at the top and bottom. Then, either use this as a flat core and overlock the edges, or further abut the edges into a cylindrical shape and sew them together to form a cylindrical core, or as shown in Figures 6 and 7. Recently, a knitted core 20 has been known in which the weft yarns are repeatedly folded and arranged in a warp knitting method called lattice knitting, and the weft yarns are knitted with the warp yarns. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, a cylindrical kerosene stove wick 25
A knitted weft yarn 26 made of heat-fusible fiber is known (see Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-96427).

Problems that the invention aims to solve In the former case, the process is complex and varied, and there are also disadvantages such as unevenness during manufacturing and the inability to smoothly suck up the oil, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. In the latter case shown in , when knitting continuously, the interlining knitting part 21 and the empty knitting cutting part 22 which is knitted only by the warp without inserting the weft are continuously knitted alternately,
The air knitting cut portion 22 is cut and separated into single pieces to be processed into a flat core or a cylindrical core, but when warp knitting is normally performed, each row is chain knitted with warp threads. Since there is a drawback that the weft yarns fray from the cut point and fall apart, a large amount of waste was created by knitting the empty knit cut section 22 long. In addition, in the one shown in FIG. 8, the weft threads 26 provided horizontally with respect to the vertical direction of the cylindrical kerosene stove wick 25 are made of heat-fusible fibers, so they undergo heat shrinkage during use, and the cylindrical wick 25 There is a risk that the circumference of the core formed in the shape of the core will be shortened and the core will not be able to move up and down, and furthermore, there is a risk that the weft thread 26 will be cut and broken apart due to heat during use as a core, making it unusable.

Embodiment An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 5 is an interlining knitted part made of one heat-fusible yarn 8 and an arbitrary material (for example, a material with good fuel absorption properties such as cotton). The warps 3, 3... are made by chain-knitting the assembled wefts 2, which are made up of a plurality of yarns 1, by repeatedly folding them in a zigzag pattern and arranging them closely together.
It is knitted into a long width by inserting it into the large stitch 4 of .... 7 is a knitting part for cutting, and is knitted into a small width by inserting only one thermofusible yarn 8 of the collective weft 2 into the small stitches 6 of the warp yarns 3, 3, etc., which are chain-knitted. The interlining knitting section 5 and the cutting knitting section 7 are knitted repeatedly and continuously.

In addition, as another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the interlining knitted part 5 can be knitted with the combustion wick part A and the heat-resistant combustion part B, and the combustion wick part A can be made of cotton, etc. The assembled wefts 2 made of a material with good fuel absorption properties and the heat-resistant combustion part B are arranged with the assembled wefts 2 such as glass fibers through the connection part 9 and are knitted together by the warps 3, 3... In the same way as explained in FIG.
is knitted using only one heat-fusible yarn 8 as a weft.

Further, although not shown, the structure of the connection part 9 between the fuel suction part A and the heat-resistant combustion part B can be made by various means, and is not necessarily limited. In addition, for the above-mentioned continuously knitted interlining, after cutting the cutting knitted part 7, the interlining knitted part 5 can be made into a flat core by overstitching as appropriate, or by butt stitching or joining both ends to form a tube. It is formed as a core. Reference numeral 10 is a collective weft 2, which is a connecting weft excluding the heat-fusible yarn 8.

Effects of the invention This invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the weft 3 is made by repeatedly folding and chain-knitting the assembled weft 2, which is made up of a plurality of threads 1 of any material including one thermofusible thread 8. Since the long interlining knitted part 5 is formed by inserting the collective weft 2 into the large stitches 4 of , 3..., the long interlining knitted part 5 can be used as a flat core or a cylindrical core. be. In addition, only one heat-fusible yarn 8 of the collective weft yarns 2 is inserted into the small stitches 6 of the warp yarns 3, 3, etc., which are continuously chain-knitted in the interlining knitted part 5, to knit a small width. Since the knitting part 7 for cutting is formed, there is no need to use complicated knitting means to insert one heat-fusible yarn 8 into the small stitches 6 of the warp threads 3, 3, . . . , thereby reducing the production cost. It is something that can be done. Furthermore, since the interlining knitted part 5 and the cutting knitted part 7 are formed continuously, when the cutting knitted part 7 is cut, the warp threads 3, 3, which are chain-knitted by heat processing are used as weft threads. One heat-fusible thread 8 melts and adheres to the core and does not unravel unnecessarily, reducing the defective rate during processing as a cylindrical core and improving work efficiency.Furthermore, the knitting section 7 for cutting is different from the conventional one. It can be knitted in a narrower width, eliminates the waste of warp threads 3, 3, which are used in large numbers in parallel, saves on materials, and can be provided at low cost. Although it is processed into a core and used, since there is only one thermofusible yarn 8 among the assembled wefts formed by gathering a large number of yarns 1, it may become a hindrance to oil wicking or deform the core. Furthermore, when the cylindrical wick is raised and lowered to adjust the firepower, the inner periphery of the cylindrical wick may shrink and become impossible to raise or lower, or it may fall apart due to the heat, unlike conventional products. It is a device that has many practical effects, such as uniformly sucking up oil without having any particular effect on oil suction, and can be used without causing any inconvenience during use.
